Delays are being experienced in receiving e-mail messages from
sexylabia.net or messages are not being received at all. I have
contacted them asking them to remove any blocks since our messages are
clearly not SPAM. In the interim, if you have a Hotmail/MSN account, I
have removed any e-mail contact you have specified in your preferences
until further notice. Personally, I'd suggest you setup a Gmail or Yahoo
account as those providers never arbitrarily block e-mail messages from
the sexylabia.net domain. If you are a hotmail or MSN user, here are some steps
proposed by microsoft that you can take to resolve this issue. And
finally until further notice, any new users will not be able to signup
for membership using a Hotmail, MSN or Live e-mail address. If you'd
like to contact MSN / Hotmail directly to complain about them
arbitrarily deciding what kind of e-mail you can receive, you can use this link.

I heard back from Hotmail, and this is what they've said:

SPF records for your sending domains and register with
Sender ID. You can find additional information and submit your domain for

discourage use of "ptr" for performance and reliability
reasons.

Monitor user complaints. Windows Live
Hotmail also has a sender complaint feedback loop program called the Junk Email
Reporting Program (JMRP). Enrollment in this free program will benefit you as a
sender as it will keep your email lists updated and populated with interested
Windows Live Hotmail customers. This program will help you to remove those
Windows Live Hotmail customers who do not want to receive emails from your

Windows Live Hotmail has created the
Smart Network Data Services program. This is a service that helps legitimate
email senders work with their customers and partners to reduce spam originating
from their IP. To register, please go to http://postmaster.msn.com/snds/ This program allows a sender to monitor the 'health'
of their IPs.
While using the SNDS tool,
enrollment in the JMRP or having your IPs registered with Sender ID will not
allow emails from your mail servers to bypass our filters, these are in place to
help legitimate companies deliver their emails to Windows Live Hotmail
customers.

Apply for the Sender Score Certified Mail
program.
If you are doing all the above and you continue to have
deliverability issues, you may wish to consider joining the Sender Score
Certified Mail Program, a third party program administered by Return Path, Inc.
Many legitimate mailers and marketers have qualified and joined this program to
improve mail deliverability and decrease email from being filtered to the Junk
E-mail Folder. Sender Score (www.senderscorecertified.com) is the only service to which we subscribe

The troubleshooting steps in this email are recommendations
only. Microsoft makes no guarantees that following these steps will guarantee
deliverability to MSN, Windows Live Hotmail, or
Live.com customers.

UPDATE 5/21/2012:

I have since removed the ban on new user signups from Hotmail, MSN and Live.com accounts.

Now as some of you may or may not know, I've actually done all of the above already (except applying for SenderScore Certification which costs around $200 if I applied as a non-profit and around the same price as a for-profit organization).

So in order to have been blocked by hotmail, it would mean that a user here has marked a message from sexylabia.net as spam according to what Angel from Hotmail's Technical Support said in his e-mail message to me.

I have since signed up for the JMRP system that he mentioned so that any messages reported as SPAM are forwarded to me so that I'll be able to identify which user marked a message from sexylabia.net as SPAM.

For those of you who do not know, you can control the e-mail messages you receive from sexylabia.net, simply do the following:

1) Go to your profile after you login.

2) Click on "Edit Preferences" and you'll be able to indicate what type of e-mail messages you'd like to receive and when.

Since I'm being very clear and explicit about this, I have decided to implement a zero tolerance policy in regards to marking messages from sexylabia.net as SPAM.

Any user who marks a message from sexylabia.net as SPAM affects other users who WANT to receive messages from sexylabia.net because they also cannot receive messages they want due to a single user marking a message as SPAM.

That said, now that I've signed up for the JMRP system which notifies me exactly which member marked what message as spam in their hotmail, MSN or Live account, action may be taken against any user found to be marking messages from sexylabia.net as SPAM in their account.

Some or ALL of these penalties may be levied
against you depending on the severity of an issue you cause with other
members receiving messages from sexylabia.net:

1) Your account may be set to a "Limited" status.

2) You messaging capability (i.e. messaging other users on the site) may be suspended.

3) Your e-mail address may be permanently removed from your account.

4) You may not be able to comment on discussions or create any discussions.

5) You may be taxed 5 Karma Points (if this causes you to end up in a negative Karma Balance, your account will be subject to suspension once the moderators and I take a vote on your account as per the new Karma Points System).

6) Your account may be indefinitely suspended and you may be permanently banned from being a member of the site.
