@lovelyj, women have "innie" and "outie" labia for the same reason that people are born with big or small noses, it's all purely genetics. I personally prefer to call women with "outies" "well-endowed". And it stands to reason that just as with women, you can find men with preferrences for all sizes, but most men, if they were to be completely honest, prefer the big ones.
