@LabiaLover - I think it's so brilliant that you're familiar with Louise's 'You Can Heal Your Life' book.  I wanted to post a reply about it on your comment on my wall but I can only see my wall when I am not logged in!  You'll have to tell me how to access my wall - think there's a glitch there.

I think her book should be required reading in all schools.  It's such valuable life information that I think everyone should have a copy.  Bravo to you for having it on your phone too, that's brilliant! 

I think a lot of the time, people think and say, "No, I don't think negatively or have negative thoughts," but once they read the book and follow her process, they're horrified to learn their amount of negative self-talk and the amount of negative talk they hear around them too.  I know I was.  I do think it can be rather difficult to follow her process when others around you aren't, because that's when you begin to notice negative statements that you can't do anything about (you can't change other people's thinking for them), even something as 'small' as someone complaining about the weather. 

Her process really does make one feel better mentally/emotionally even physically; she's really helped me.  I only surround myself with positive, fun-loving friends now.  Through her process I began to learn who were the best assets in my life, and eliminated the people who were dragging me down without my fully realising it, you know those people you think are on your side but they're not really.  It might sound harsh but it was an essential step for my own health, and also, like Abraham (of the Abraham-Hicks publications for those who don't know) says, "Like attracts like" so you attract those people to you who think the same way as you do.  The action of eliminating 'psychic vampires' (or 'slaying' I should say in that case, big Buffy fan here!) has already had a big impact.  No more people draining the life out of me!

I really highly recommend this book for those of you who don't know about it.  The thing is, one has to read the book with an open-mind and think, "Right, I'm really going to go for this," put any doubt about the book aside and not be half-hearted about it.  Sometimes people just aren't ready, and they come back to the book a few years later when they're ready to absorb that kind of information.  The same with the Abraham-Hicks works.  I really love their CD set, 'The Teachings of Abraham:  The Master Course CD Programme.'  It has 11 hours of audio from their Alaskan cruise workshops.  Big fan of both of them.  :)
